I decided to give Kinstretch a try after months of working through a shoulder injury. Within a short period of time, I started to notice an increased range of motion as well as more awareness of how my joints are moving. As a bonus, I learned how to teach my body to work at the end of my range motion which has increased my strength and improved my lifting. Overall, I find Kinstretch to be both restorative and strengthening. It’s something I will incorporate throughout the rest of my life to keep my joints strong and moving freely. Alex is a supportive coach who is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and how it works. I always look forward to going to her class.
