I have been practicing yoga for decades and I wasn’t getting enough concentrated mobility work for my super tight shoulders and hips. Alex’s Kinstretch and yoga program have made an impact in just a few months. Alex’s physiology knowledge is encyclopedic and she has a way of explaining how to activate and align your muscles and bones that I have not experienced before. I loved going to Alex’s classes and I look forward to resuming in person classes. I have enjoyed the Zoom classes during COVID – she somehow still knows how to give cues that correct without seeing me!
